Win has the rare instinct of pairing data with empathy. He'd find the metric that mattered, then walk the team through why.

What people say.
Specs that respected the craft. Worked with him on three launches and never once got a hand-off I had to re-interpret.
He'd come in with the App Store guideline already paraphrased and a fix proposed. Saved us weeks of review ping-pong.
Off the job.
When I'm off the clock, I'm usually building, learning, or adapting to life as a new parent. My background is rooted in consumer tech and management, backed by an MBA (where I focused on consumer behaviour) and a BSc in Business IT.
I still write code in Swift, Python and React Native to prototype ideas and test concepts firsthand. Lately a lot of my hobby projects revolve around exploring AI integration and experimenting with tools for a Myanmar audience.
These days my free time is largely centred on taking care of my newborn and staying active, with a daily target of hitting 10k+ steps. I read way more nonfiction than I probably should, and play video games or catch a movie occasionally.
I also like to cook whenever inspiration hits, experimenting with everything from local Eastern flavours to Western comfort food.
